He is wearing a flat top Spanish hat in grey with white ribbon around the crown and the edge. Plus he has his hat tipped down in the front and the strap under his chin to prevent it from blowing off. He is wearing a white shirt with a fancy top button, a black jacket under his overcoat. This dark grey overcoat has a shawl collar with black trim and silver buttons.
